ArcticCross #2 - This Saturday!

ArcticCross #2 of The Bicycle Shop 2007 Alaska Cyclocross Series will be this Saturday, September 15 at Service High School. The races will begin at 12pm, so please show up an hour before to sign-up and check out the course. Parking for Saturdays race will be outside the little gym at Service High School.

The race course promises to be another Ross-designed leg burner. If you haven't tried 'cross before, this will be a great opportunity to give it a go. There are also plenty of places along the course for you non-racing spectators as well. Bring a cowbell and make some noise!

Anyone else see Africa in the route outline?? Or the bald man half way in it and half way out of it in thtrails?? He also has his yellow arm stretched out :) I think my head injury is getting better or I am just going crazy either way the course is very flat and fast, but also full of slick sharp corners that should be interesting to see if any of us eat some dirt :). The single track is also fun and should be a nice switch for the guys and gals on mountain bikes.
